Thanks to funding from Arts Council England and our brand new Cafe BOM enterprise, we’re looking for three dedicated and passionate people to join our small and dynamic team.
This brand new position will see you working closely with the Head of Programme to deliver new and existing programmes. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in engagement and community-driven work, who has energy, ideas and strong organisational skills. Programmes you’ll be developing or pioneering include BOM+, our young people’s programme for those aged 16-24, projects with the autistic and LGBT+ communities, and our programme of Alternative Education, where you’ll be working with SEN schools and children excluded from mainstream schools.
Opening in late April, Cafe BOM will be our brand new cafe operating alongside our gallery and public programme. Cafe BOM will welcome not only our gallery visitors and our creative practitioners, but is also being designed in consultation with the autistic community. The cafe will thus welcome a diverse range of audiences and host events which tie in with the gallery and function to broaden BOM’s audience base. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who believes in BOM’s ethos and vision, who will thrive on meeting and exceeding targets, and is passionate about good quality food.
We’re looking for an experienced building manager, who has a proven track record in commercial and operational development. You’ll be overseeing the building management, day-to-day finance and ensuring BOM complies with all legal company obligations. You’ll also be working closely with the Cafe Manager to develop a successful Cafe BOM enterprise.
