You can choose your activity from packs that are organised for different age ranges and abilities, based on the degree of challenge, skills and time needed to complete each activity. They are a great way to learn, be creative and enjoy spending time as a family. These activity sessions create opportunities for little ones to get hands on and have a go of something new and exciting that will spark creativity in science and tech.
We can also offer visiting groups mini-maker activity sheets, complete with fun facts and activities – just request them when booking in your visit.
Mini Maker Workshops
Previous Mini-Makers workshops have included:
- BOM fellow Laurie Ramsell collaborating with participants to use and create space inspired structures with 3D pens
- Creating live digital art using projectors and spy cameras with artists Anna Horton and Sophie Bullock
Sessions often take place during the school holidays and sometimes on a Saturday, so keep your eyes peeled on our calendar.
