Hacked! Music workshop

October 5th 2019, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

This image shows two hands assembling a musical device

Join us to create and play hacked musical instruments inspired by video games and their controllers!

This drop in, family friendly workshop led by musician Charles Matthews is going to rock!

Build musical instruments inspired by video game controllers like arcade buttons and light sensors, write code to translate movement into sound and vibration, have fun tinkering with sound and electronics!

This workshop is open to everybody, but we especially encourage participation from disabled folk.

Our venue has ramped access, a ground floor wheelchair accessible toilet and a lift that can accommodate most wheelchairs (but not large scooters). The workshop will take place on the ground floor. If you have any questions regarding the workshop please email louise@bom.org.uk or call Louise on 0121 643 2617
